Brief:
You will carry out an experiment to determine the activity of the enzyme catechol in different fruits and vegetables. This will be done under supervision in the laboratory on 25th July 2013. The protocol is provided with this brief. You will then write a report of the experiment in standard form (title, introduction, method, results, conclusions and discussion) where you analyse and discuss the data obtained.
