? Identify the main topic or question
? Identify the author?s intended audience
? Summarize the article on the first page of your review
? Think critically about the article and how it applies to this course
? What recovery efforts succeeded? What efforts failed? Can you think of any recovery efforts that were not mentioned?
? Differentiate between response and recovery action.
? What components of community recovery planning are being applied?
? How are economic conditions affected?
? Was FEMA, NRF, or NIMS involved?
? Were any FEMA individual assistance programs or other federal agencies involved?
