Topic: Criminal Law Exam

need assistance in preparing answers for my exam in July. I have not had time to revise so therefore I would like a Writer that is qualified in Criminal Law to help me with revising my exam questions by directing me. Exam will consist of three questions and you will need to answer any two of these questions.
Questions will cover the following areas:
1. Murder. Defences of diminished responsibility and loss of control.
2. Unlawful act and gross negligence manslaughter, including causation.
3. Non fatal offences with the defences of consent, intoxication and automatism.
Be able to apply knowledge to problem situations and demonstrate the ability to provide solutions to unresolved debates demonstrated over a wide number of legal issues.
The examination questions will examine the various areas of criminal law which have been covered during the module. Questions will either be problem style or will be essay questions. The marking criteria for the questions outlines the various elements of knowledge and application required. For problem style questions, students should explain the law relating to the question, (giving legal authority for the explanation) and should also apply the law fully to the question before reaching a reasoned conclusion to the question raised. For essay style questions students should make sure that they are addressing the point raised in the question and should ensure that they evaluate and analyse the subject as required by the instructions in the question.Performance in the examination will be graded in accordance with the University Performance Descriptors, which detail percentage points alongside descriptions of the performance in an assessment. These are mapped to the law specific descriptors which are available to all law students in the School.

So the writer needs to do some research and help me with the correct answers with the exam questions. You would need to do some research just say for an example in murder and tell me what murder is etc.
