This is a professional project written paper on the topic of “The Green Bay Packers Organizational Management and Different Leadership Approaches.” Even the course title is Professional Project, the quality of this written paper should very high academic level and high professional level. The writing style should be like a thesis instead of a project. I picked this topic because I am interested in professional sports and I believe that the Green Bay Packers is very unique as the team is not own by an owner. I also noticed that they have unique management theory and different leadership than other professional sport team.
