The essence of the individual assignment is to apply various lenses to a real outsourcing situation in order to assess client’s and supplier’s capabilities, advise the parties on the risks faced and devise a plan to achieve success. You need to select an outsourcing project (offshore, nearshore or domestic) which meets the following criteria:_x000D_
1. The contract was signed between 2000 and 2013_x000D_
2. The deal concerns either an ITO or BPO (NO manufacturing outsourcing projects!)_x000D_
3. There is sufficient information in public domain about the outsourcing project ._x000D_
4. There is sufficient information in public domain about the supplier and the client._x000D_
5. You can envision getting access to either the supplier or the client to conduct interviews with some leading figures, though this is not a must._x000D_

A plan proposed to both client and supplier to mitigate such risks_x000D_

The assignment should conclude with some forward-looking recommendations by considering a possible change in the environment such as: new service concepts, consolidation in supplier market, bad financial position of the client etc._x000D_
