Site-Based Decision-Making Committees represent a broad spectrum of viewpoints and ideas of what needs to be accomplished on the campus. As the principal of the school, it will be your job to facilitate discussions about planning, budgeting, curriculum, staffing patterns, staff development and the school’s organization.
