Sending Someone To Psychotherapy

Paper instructions:
You will choose a subject and provide background information that is framed in terms of referral

issues for a hypothetical psycho-therapeutic intervention. You must choose choose at least two

different therapists and paradigms to send your subject to. In your paper you will go into detailed

description about the paradigm’s point of view, how they view the etiology of pathology, what goals

they would establish with your subject, what techniques they might use and their view of the

relationship they would develop with your subject. Part 1- the introduction Part 2- the therapeutic

intervention. Some therapist that we learned about in class are Dan Siegal, Hans Strupp, Carl Rogers,

Donald Meichenbaum, Aaron Beck, Pat Ogden, Hanna Levenson, and David Barlow.
