Poster (PowerPoint Slide) Assignment
Your poster presentation will include a brief narrative of what you did, the results, and what you learned. It is written towards the end of your CNL immersion/internship experience but builds on previously written work you submitted relative to your CNL Prospectus. The abstract should be written as a narrative with attention to APA guidelines.

The poster is a visual representation of your project.

Keep in mind that good posters are visual representations of your work. Pictures and diagrams, with bulleted text work best. Minimize the text within paragraphs.

You are not to have any information or logos identifying your agency or micro-system without written consent from your agency or preceptor on your poster. Please use the USF logo somewhere on your poster. You can download the logo online from Google images.

You may use MSN Student, Expected Graduation (Month Year) in your title as long as you are passing the course. You can only use CNL if you passed the CNL certification exam. It is not appropriate to use “(c) after MSN or CNL. Candidacy is used for doctoral work after the student has passed their oral exams and has not yet completed their final research or project.

The MSN students poster presentation is at the main USF campus during the Spring or Fall Poster Presentation day with the approval of their instructor. In this case, students develop a 36” X 48” professionally formatted poster board from Kinkos or another printing facility and distribute copies of their abstracts to visitors.
