Detailed requirements are as follows:

a. Draw a high level process map the demonstrate the key processes used by Pizza Inc.

b. Provide a list of identified risks for the typical site location and assess impact and likelihood using the 3 scales model (i.e.Law, Medium, High). You can combine this step with question c. by creating an excel table.
