The case study comes with questions that address an emerging topic in SHRM. You MUST answer all of the questions for the case you have chosen. You are expected to do additional research to answer the case study question/s. You are expected to integrate both theoretical and applied insights in your answers.You are expected to cite articles in the appropriate format; i.e. Harvard style referencing.You may use a mix of sources; i.e. Organisation websites, HRM business magazines, AHRI website, peer reviewed articles. You should demonstrate in your answers why you give the answers that you do, in other words, justify your answers.
