the paper is about job description of “substance abuse therapist”.
there is an example “Example job analysis” : open that , you have to write the new paper under a different job analysis which is substance abuse therapist but the format should be exactly like the example paper.
I did 2 interviews that i attached ,you have to use those information and write the new paper exactly like the example attached(the format should be the same do not miss anything from the example paper in the new one that you are writing). make sure you also insert the matrix chart.
there are also 2 interview attached at the end of the example. make sure you attach the 2 interview that i gave you at the end of the new paper as well.
only use the information from the 2 interviews that i gave you to write down the new paper.
