Scenario: Imagine you have been appointed technical director of a housing association with a remit to make most of smart home technology to benefit the residents of the housing association and to reduce energy use. You wish to recruit a team to carry out a feasibility study and to plan for the implementation of appropriate technology throughout the associations properties.

Tasks: Using your knowledge write the following;
A description of the scope and aims of the feasibility study.
Person Specifications for the three key technical project staff (these must cover both the essential and desired competences).
A description of the required tools for managing group work (e.g. Minute taking and Software Tools)
A description of how you as technical director will analyse and mange risk within the project.

No separate mark will be awarded for quality of written English; instead the mark for each section will depend on both the quality of the content and the language used.
It is assumed that the full report will be approximately 6000 words long. There is no penalty for going over the word count.
The report must be fully referenced with in text citations.
