You are working with some familiar persons and some others whom you are not very familiar with, from another department and or branch of your organization. Things are going well; you have even developed ground rules, appointed a group coordinator/ leader and have had regular meetings. However, as time goes by, problems arise as two group members aren’t ‘pulling their weight’- one has even stopped attending meetings and hasn’t produces any work as yet. The group members are getting annoyed as they see all their hard work being compromised by those who aren’t contributing.
