Your research paper assignment will build on that discussion. You will write your research paper from an HR professional perspective taking into account all of the above and then researching and expanding on how you would market your organization and set up the following HR priorities to entice & retain your selected generation (baby boomers, Gen X, Gen Y or Gen Z) in the following HR responsibilities: I want Gen Y for my paper.

You will use a minimum of three different resources for each responsibility to support your marketing plan. To completely cover each of these areas your paper will be no less 9 pages and follow the below criteria. The first paragraph of your research paper will define the generation you selected to include the range of years, ages, state of the world during that time that would impact that generation i.e. significant events, tv shows, inventions or changes for that era as well as the plethora of other instances that affected each of the generations. This paragraph will be followed by a paragraph for each of the responsibilities listed above.
