Ford Motor Company provides a great example of an IT turnaround aligned with the company’s turnaround in Osburn’s 2002 trade journal article. We are limited in our knowledge of the CIO’s leadership style and the leadership theory or theories the CIO employed or could have employed. Theories put into practice could be great man theory versus behavioral theory (born versus made/learned), participative leadership (engaging others), situational leadership, contingency theory (which could be any or all of the others depending on the situation/environment), complexity leadership, relational leadership, self-directed teams, and so on. Organizational theories represented in the case are similarly numerous and diverse.

Using the Capella University Library, choose 4–5 recent (published in the last 5 years) peer-reviewed articles and compare 3–4 different leadership or organizational theories that seem dominant in the example and discuss what might have been alternate choices. In your paper:
