You should approach this task as an OS&H consultant who has been commissioned by a particular organisation to address the issue you chose. In researching your issue, it is useful to have an informal discussion with different stakeholders such as senior staff members and/or fellow colleagues. This will help you better conceptualise the issue into more concrete terms. Feel free to include information you consider useful/beneficial in your assignment. However, you MUST NOT identify any individual or individual company’s name in your written report. So please make sure you do not have any identifiable information on the individual/s with whom you have the informal conversation with.More importantly, the report should be presented in the form of a written proposal to the company’s management detailing your campaign to address the presence of your chosen issue in the workplace. It should include a brief description of the type of workplace you are creating the campaign for, including information about the workforce and any indications of the current prevalence of your chosen issue. The proposal must include research evidence for your choice of approach to the problem, including (but not limited to) definitions for your chosen topic area and explanations of relevant psychological theories and research findings that support your proposal. It is essential that you support your claims with sound evidence and, where relevant, statistics. The proposal will also include details of – and justification for – the ways that the campaign will be presented to employees and the role of management in the campaign. You are not expected to produce the actual materials, but your proposal must include a detailed outline of the campaign content and presentation. Attachments:
