Crispy graham flavored cereal with bite sized marshmallows and herseys chocolate chips. **Note- General mills already has a golden grahams cereal, that graham flavored cereal could be used to start the concept of the new

S’more’s cereal.
o Identify the characteristics of your product’s target market. Family- A cereal everyone can love and enjoy together.
o Explain how the new product fits (or does not fit) the company’s current product mix.**It does fit the company’s current product mix. Reese’s Puffs, Lucky Charm’s, Golden Grahams are a few General Mills cereals.

All of which are sugary cereals that already either have marshmallow/cinnamonchocolate in them.
o Reiterate any relevant analysis or key findings that either support or contraindicate your recommendation.

o Recommend next steps for the company. (What questions should the company answer before committing to your product idea? How would they get the answers?)
