Audience is who receives any kind of information either through word of mouth or in writing; they are therefore explained as end users in any communication. They can be of different types and levels for instance: men, women, and civil servants, young and old alike. Analyzing an audience simply involves assessing the audience to ensure information reaching them is appropriate. Nonetheless, they are distinguished into two categories based on the information target; primary and secondary audience.
