I m a nursing attending , working on the float pool ( most of the time Med Surg Floor, I do not have CCU EXPERIENCE ,)
this is the contents of the letter :
Dear Ms. ( manager name);
Today , the nursing office send me to work on CARDIAC CARE UNIT ( CCU)
on that floor , while I was working , Ms. SHARLY Barbara Carvallo who is one of the nurses ask me to get an insulin siring for her. I went there to the clean utility room ,unfortunately I was unable to find it. I went back to her and ask her how many cc is the siring in order to see if I could get it, she ignores me with attitude and ask another nurse to get it for her. I told her next time if she needs something ask someone else to get it because she was giving me attitude before that incident happened. She told me I should know my job. I told her that floor is deferent than medurg floor . and she says to me to ask the nursing office do not assignment me to work on this unit anymore ( all that happens in front of the patient door , she was the one who make me feel that I am an useless Nursing ATTENDENT in the all way and now she says THAT i M THE ONE WHO WAS GIVING HARD TIME.
Ms. Cavillo was very rude with me …
