3.​One 5-6 page long (double-spaced with one-inch margins) written assignment where you ​chose a web site dealing with the History of the U.S. to 1865 and answer a series of questions ​about it.

4.​ One 5-6 page long (double-spaced with one-inch margins) review of a movie that deals with ​some historical event in the United States before 1865.

5. Students can do a 10-15 page research paper instead of the two short assignments.
