I have a term paper which is about writing about “Nanomaterials or nanowires or Nanostructures in terms of new development, advancement, and feasibility. There are guidelines on how to approach this term paper that I will list below.

1. Find 3 research papers that very close or related to each other that investigate and speak about the same topic. For example, the first paper figured out how to form Zinc Oxide by Nanofoam structure and the second paper figured out how to form a Zinc Oxide Nanoflower structure and a third one found out how to fabricate Zinc Oxide snowflake structure.

2. All the 3 research papers should have close research purposes but all of them may have different characteristics.

3. All the papers need to be relatively new where the publication date in the last 3 years or 4 years max.

4. Divide the contents of term paper into I. Introduction, II. materials and methods, III. results, IV. discussion and conclusion, V. own idea (2 pages). Just to help you, you could answer these questions if you see it fits;
In the introduction:
• Why is the research important?
• what is the hypothesis?
• what the objectives?
In the materials and methods part:
• What materials were used?
• what were the subjects of the study?
• what was the design of the research?
• what procedure was followed?
In the result part:
• What are the most significant results?
• what are the supporting results?
In the discussion and conclusion:
• What are the statistics major findings?
• what is the significance/implication of the results?

5. Finally, write 2 pages introducing other methods and structures with your own idea and hypothesis about how to improve or enhance the abilities of the characteristics introduced in the research papers used. Such as a band structure, nano morphology, experimental methods where it can allow us to option better characteristics. It should be theoretically correct.

6. The term paper is 10 pages, 8 pages for the introduction to the conclusion and 2 pages for your own idea.
