The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) was passed in 1996. Its goal was to improve the portability and continuity of health insurance coverage in group and individual markets. In a 7 to 10- page paper discuss the Act and whether it has accomplished that goal in its application. Include in that discussion the role that security and integrity of health information has played in furtherance of that goal. Finally, discuss what your research suggests has been the Act’s major impact. Proper APA style is required. Minimum length: 10-15 pages with at least 7 references
