For this Assignment, you continue to develop your legal analysis research paper. For this section of the paper you focus on making a link between a solution and the legal problem you are focusing on for your research.

To prepare:

• Review the “Course Project Guidelines” document provided in the Learning Resources.
• Review and build upon your previously submitted course project milestones.
• Search for resources that support the proposal of a solution to your identified legal problem.

By Day 7 of Week 7

Submit a 2 page analysis that contains at least one reasonable solution to the identified legal question that brings the school, district, or higher education institution into compliance with the law or that resolves the problem in a legally sound manner. Emphasize what your leadership role would be in resolving the legal problem and in establishing and maintaining an environment in which administration and other school personnel act in accordance with law and policy. Include at least two strategies that would further this objective.
