Using the information and the Web sites from this lesson, prepare a mock application. You will use the same scenario as you did in the lesson's Critical Thinking Activity. Review the following Master Grant Application Outline WORD by Nonprofit Works. Complete the Master Grant Application Outline in a Word document. You must include the following headings: Organizational Structure History or Background Mission Statement Past Results Population Need or Problem Statement Proposed Outcomes/Results Benefits Methods or Activities Evaluation Reporting Program or Project Cost Amount and Use of Grant Request Sources of Funding or Support Unit Costs Other information Using the outline, provide a description of each step, being sure to apply the following scenario or a scenario from your current place of employment. Scenario: You work at a social service agency that provides services to families, including a Family Preservation Program, which seeks to reduce the rate of children removed from their homes by Child Protective Services. One of your services is providing play therapy to children experiencing crisis. Your enrollment is increasing, and you need to hire two additional play therapists, and secure additional room space for another play therapy room, including materials.
