This is the business law coursework case study -Trouble at the Milldam Brewery. There are two questions, question 1 is worth 60% and question 2 is worth 40%.The question 1 need to relate to the topic of unfair dismissal and Must know these two cases Distinguish between Pepper v Webb (1969) and Wilson v Racher (1974). Needs to talk about in question 1 in coursework 2 and those 2 questions need to apply relevant cases which match with the case study.I need to get 55% to 70 % score for this coursework and no lower than 50% score in this coursework.
