Grief is taken to be the reaction that occurs within and without a person when such a person experiences some form of loss which is a normal bodily reaction or response. It is appointed for human beings to deal with grief at one point in their lives which come due to different reasons. There are many causes of grief which range from the loss of loved ones, accidents, illnesses, and divorce to work related happenings like loss of a job. The intensity as well as the duration under which an individual undergoes a period of grief is dependent upon several issues such as nature of loss, personality of the individual, experiences and coping ability of the person involved.
