In this paper I am required to personally analyze your own career development. This paper should capture a personal and career analysis of my life. If at all possible, begin with the very beginning of your professional career.
Please, include attitudes and values that you might have developed along the way and up to this point in your life (Please refer to my resume). Refer to career inventories (Please research on that). What factors, specifically, influenced your career journey? What skills have you learned throughout your career journey? Relate your career development to topics discussed in class and refer to career theorists as you document your career development. Conclude your paper with what is ahead for you and how you will use the skills you have acquired along the way.
