“Legal Education System and Legal Professions in USA and France”

• Generally, this research is comparative studying and it’s focusing on variations in US and French legal education system and legal professions regard aspects of culture and historical background. Both the legal education systems are committed to two different legal traditions (Civil law and Common law) which has a huge influence in training and education. • The objective of this research is: A) to explain the point of strengths and weaknesses in US and French legal education system and trying to reach some results which might assist law students to be more professional and ready to practicing their future profession in legal field. B) The numerous differences that exist between the two legal education systems, it is recommended that aspiring students take care to study the legal careers and processes that must be followed in their jurisdictions before embarking on their journey to a promising career.
