Part two
Here we are in our final week of our discussion board. For this week, let’s talk about CRM. This is the final section you’re
creating in your marketing plan. Here are two options for your posting this week:option 1) discuss how you’re going to
integrate CRM into your marketing plan; what programs are you going to use to retain customers? option 2) discuss the
importance of CRM: have you experienced outstanding CRM from a company? Share an example. You could also share an
example of when a lack of CRM resulted in your deciding not to do business with a company again
