In weeks 1–7, you will be working toward developing a Leadership Portfolio by completing a leadership questionnaire
each week and then reflecting on the results. Complete the LMX7 Questionnaire (see attached for my results). Then,
respond to the following: Compare your results as a leader and a follower, and analyze your leadership style and how it
can impact your work in health care. Attached is my textbook, “Leadership: Theory and Practice”. The material is in chapter
