My research topic is: The Impact of Using Electronic Arbitration to Resolve E-Commerce Disputes and Enforcing Electronic Arbitral Awards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

a. Whether electronic arbitration is effective as a method of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to resolve E-commerce disputes in Saudi Arabia.
b. Whether electronic arbitration awards are enforceable under the current Saudi legal systems.
