Hubspots creative and relaxed client-side personality comes out through its inbound marketing scheme to attract customers rather than bombard them. The clients also receive an easy to work with platform. The employees add to the personality by enjoying nice cold beer and a foosball table in the lounge. The relaxed office feeling leaves room for more flow of creativity.

we do have a program that our recruiters use, actually don’t have a ton of detail on it. we also have our own little wikipedia within the company so anything you’d ever need to know about hubspot is in that so that makes things really easy. There’s certain qualities that they look for in a new candidate and there’s a program that we go through to do that and it’s a certain set of skills because we do have a long interview process for most positions that we really peel through and look for different personalities that would be effective here. It’s not just what you’ve done in the past and your work experience but who you are that really drives our recruitment team.
