background/problem section of this document. The Proposal should provide some background and current trends of
outsourcing in your assigned industry, which is THE US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, the overall landscaping of outsourcing in
your assigned country, which is INDIA, the pros and cons for the country in terms of providing outsourcing services, political
and environmental risks with regards to working with your assigned country, INDIA, a rationale for the outsourcing idea, how
the suggested outsourced business processes will work in terms of outsourcing, the business case including projected costs
and benefits, the key steps required for implementation, and, to take this analysis and present it to the rest of the company in
the form of a paper.
