» Share individual efforts from Part 1, II and III with the group.

» Select a new topic that has not been previously selected by any individuals in the group.

» Discuss and analyze multiple concepts, approaches, and frameworks/models used by

the various teammates.

» Collaborate and discuss the work that each individual completed on Part 1, II and III

with the group.

» Identify any issues or concerns that you encountered as you developed the

individual work.

» This part of the assignment will require the team to identify one current

public health issue and will require analysis of the concepts, approaches and

frameworks used in Parts I, II and III.

» As a group, this component should include what your group has selected as

the novel/innovative approach or next step to eliminate/or curtail the issue with

justification and must consider all of the components described in Part 3 (social

and behavioral determinants of health, ethical principles of public health and a

moral/faith based perspective.

» Finally, each member of the team must write an advocacy letter that addresses the three

factors in part III (same format as part II) related to the topic identified by the group.

The group should follow a decision-making approach and negotiations and develop

consensus on the public health issue and how your group decided to incorporate each

of the three components into the innovative approach to eliminate or curtail the public

health issue.
