1) What the e-service I would like to deliver and who are my deliverables?
My Supervisior asked me to make or develop an e-service application (web portal) for the Sudanese, or Malaysian people in terms of a video conference that reflect to Malaysians and other people around the world that web portal that solve complaints issues for customers is missing and need to be addressed.
The examples am thinking of:
(it can be an introduction of an application that works in my portal, and the implementation will be on the future i.e the project paper will furnish the offline application, no need for a working portal or something like that.)
For example a web portal that solve issues related to customer complaints, how do companies collect manually these complaints and then trace it, after that compile it in digital software, make sure that employees are working on it and not just leaving it on the shelf, and how my web portal will help fulfilling this? (Malaysia). What if that happens in Malaysia through my portal? (( This actually what I think is most suitable ))
