After reading the assigned readings and relevant chapters in your textbook, please prepare the following:

 

1. Discuss the barriers that former prisoners face in their attempts to reintegrate into society.

 

2. Provide two examples of what services can help prisoners reintegrate.

 

3. Provide two examples of policy changes that should be implemented to help prisoners start fresh and get a second chance.

 

4. Please conduct research on your own to support your findings.
